Electronic Proof on Auto Insurance

As seen on Newsday, The Assembly has passed the same legislation that New Jersey drivers could furnish proof of their Auto Insurance under a measure in Legislature. The state senate was expected to vote the bill on Thursday.
Electronic Proof

Nowadays, the law does not allow the usage of electronic such as smart phones to claims and use it as a proof of auto insurance. The drivers would be asked a paper copy. It's an advantage for drivers so they can show both paper or electronic proof.

That measure also said that use of an electronic device does not mean the driver has consented to its search.

The customer of any Auto Insurance will gladly reading this news but they will encounter many problem next time. We'll See.
